Assistance for families to identify strengths and aspirations through a whānau-led approach

Whānau Ora Navigation

Whānau Ora Navigation is a whānau-led process facilitated by our dedicated Whānau Ora Navigators. This service supports whānau to identify their strengths and aspirations, create a pathway to achieve them, and foster long-term wellbeing.

Service available at:
A man holding two children with one of them wearing a blue shirt with a blue and white star on it.
A family sitting on a couch with a child in a pink dress.

How It Works

Our Whānau Ora Navigators work closely with whānau to engage the whole family in a strengths-based approach.

Together, we help whānau:
  • Identify their strengths and aspirations
  • Develop a plan to achieve their goals
  • Make positive lifestyle changes
  • Strengthen relationships and overall wellbeing
