Womens Group
This one is just for the wāhine! The gym is closed off so women can work out in a comfortable, private space. Whether you love the energy of Zumba or the challenge of circuit training, this session is all about moving your body in a way that feels good. No men are allowed in the gym during this time. Please respect the privacy request of our Middle Eastern wāhine.

Walking Group
Keen for some fresh air and a good kōrero? Join our weekly walking group, where we explore some of Dunedin’s best spots — John Wilson’s Drive, Logan Park, and Tomahawk Beach. We can assist with transportation.

Physio Class
Looking to build strength, balance, and flexibility?
We have a qualified Physiotherapist and Mauri Ora kaimahi that facilitate this programme. The class is open to all ages and all levels of fitness. Gym equipment will be available for use during the session. We also offer shared kai and shared kōrero on site after each session.

Yoga
Come along to a chilled-out yoga session led by our Health Coach, perfect for stretching, breathing, and unwinding from the week. Spaces are limited, so get in touch if you want to join!

Te Puna / Swim Group
This is a free program that is facilitated by our kaimahi at the Mosgiel Community Pool. For some the journey begins in the van that is available to transport those who need assistance getting to the pool. Our kaimahi facilitates and oversees the group activity at the venue. The hydrotherapy pool is where most of the activity takes place. The Te Puna swim group caters for whānau who are keen to maintain their flexibility and improve their fitness whilst maintaining their health and wellbeing.
