Te Kāika’s Perinatal Maternal Mental Health service supports whānau in Dunedin through pregnancy (hapūtanga) and the first year following birth. This specialised service provides mental health support for māmā and their whānau during the perinatal period.
Our team offers comprehensive perinatal mental health assessments, ongoing treatment management, and therapeutic support. Whatever you may be experiencing during or after pregnancy, our kaimahi are here to awhi (support) your wellbeing every step of the way.
