Wendy Herbert

Wendy (Ngāti Maniapoto) is the Lead – Social Practice and is a registered social worker has gained extensive experience working in both rural communities and Ōtepoti in statutory roles. Wendy also spent time in the United Kingdom, where she worked in the child protection space, further broadening her expertise.

In her role at Te Kāika, Wendy is passionate about ensuring mokopuna and whānau are supported and uplifted to achieve their goals and aspirations.
